Terms of Service

By using KaamProof you agree to these terms. They are written for an early-access pilot: review-first, source-linked records, no auto-sending, and no legal or payment guarantees.

1. About KaamProof

KaamProof ("we") provides a web application at kaamproof.berlinxd.com that drafts a reviewable project record from the chats, notes and files you provide. The landing page is at / and the app is at /app. These terms apply to both.

2. Pilot access

KaamProof is currently offered as an early-access pilot. Features, limits (5 files, 10 MB each, 8 analyses per 15 minutes) and pricing may change. We may invite, limit or pause pilot access. There is no payment required in this pilot phase unless we offer a paid plan later and you explicitly agree to it.

3. How to use it

  • Upload only material you are allowed to process and that does not contain other people's sensitive personal data without consent.
  • Review every suggested entry before you export or share it. Nothing is sent to your client automatically.
  • Keep your browser and device secure — your draft record lives only in your browser until you download it.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the material you upload and the records you create. By uploading, you give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that material in memory and (when you click Analyze) send it to our AI provider solely to generate your draft record. We do not claim ownership and we do not store your source files (see Privacy Policy §3). You are responsible for having the right to upload the material.

5. What you must not do

  • Upload passwords, payment cards, government IDs or data you are not allowed to share.
  • Try to use uploaded material as instructions to the AI (prompt injection), or probe, scrape or overload the service beyond the stated rate limits.
  • Use KaamProof to create a contract, legal claim or payment demand without your own review and legal advice.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell or misrepresent the service as your own.

6. AI outputs

Draft entries are suggestions produced by Meta AI (muse-spark-1.2) from the material you provide. They may be incomplete or wrong. Every entry shows its source file and confidence and is marked Needs review until you change it. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.

AI suggests. Humans decide. Confirm every approval, scope change and delivery with the original source before you rely on the record.

7. Invoices, scope & legal advice

KaamProof organizes project communications. It is not a legal, accounting or contract service and does not decide scope, payment or liability. The "Invoice support" export is a summary for your own review, not a legally binding document. Use your contracts and professional advice for those decisions.

8. Availability

We aim to keep KaamProof available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause or discontinue features during the pilot. We may set or change limits, add authentication or require an account later.

9. Intellectual property

The site design, copy and code are owned by KaamProof and its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal browsing and lawful pilot use. Your project records remain yours.

10. Disclaimer

KaamProof is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaamProof and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or €100 if you paid nothing in the pilot).

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service or create risk for others. You may stop using KaamProof at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (content, IP, disclaimer, liability) do so.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Delhi have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you may also have mandatory local rights.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, highlight them on the site or by email to pilot participants. Continued use after the new date means you accept the updated terms.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms? Email hello@kaamproof.berlinxd.com or use the contact page.

Plain-language summary: KaamProof drafts a record for you to review. We don't keep your files, we don't auto-send anything to clients, and we don't replace your contract. Review everything before you rely on it.
